To be able to book and/or purchase services and/or products with Inconsu AB, you as a person or your business must be registered as a customer. This data is used for administering services, information and for marketing purposes. Personal data is also used to analyze, categorize and ensure quality in customer behaviour on our digital channels as well as compiling statistics.
What is processing of personal information?
Personal information is defined as all kinds of information that directly or indirectly can be tied to a physically living person. Processing of personal information reflects every action taken using this information. Every action is considered a processing, regardless if automatic or manual. Examples of actions of processing are collecting, registering, organizing, storing, processing, transferring and deleting.
What kind of personal information are we collecting?
We collect personal information when you or your company are registered as a customer; when booking or purchasing our products or services, placing orders, contacting our customer service, participating in competitions, subscribing to newsletters, attending our events etc. The type of information collected can be limited but not excluded to; contact information, organisational number, personal number and payment information. The type of information collected is specified at the point of collection, where it is also specified how long we intend to keep it.

What are your rights?

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
